   教学设计
    一、教材分析:这是一篇口语对话课,是该单元的第一课,主要是通过看图掌握各个建筑物的位置并能够准确的去提问和回答有关方向性的问题。引导学生重视观察能力和英语表达能力的培养。
    二、学生分析:这是该单元的第一课,画图直观且明了,所以学生在接受这一课内容是没有问题的。教学中分别为不同层面的学生设计了学习任务,让他们都能享受到用英语做事情的乐趣。
    三、设计思路:本堂课采用任务型教学途径,这种途径是以应用为动力,以应用为目的,以应用为核心(为用而学,用中学,学了用)的教学途径。任务型教学是一种以人为本的,能体现语言价值的,先进的、有效的教学途径。学生带着任务学习,在完成任务的过程中逐渐生成的知识,形成的技能。本课将通过任务型教学,努力达到课堂活动目的。
    四、教学目标:
    1、学会使用从课本学到的句型和语言进行交际,说出具体建筑物的位置。
    2、在活动中自我锻炼和培养。提高听、说等方面的能力。
    五、教学实施过程
    Ⅰ.Warming up:( Where are you from? Where is our school? 在与学生交谈中点出地理位置)
    1. Watch the video. (To raise the students’ interests of learning.) (观看影片, 让学生进入角色。明确方位是本课的重点)
    2. Divide the class into two halves. The contest is ready.
    Ⅱ.Play the Guessing games:
     1. Students look at the pictures of some places and speak out the name of each place. (Who guesses correctly can get a smiling face.)
    2. Contest Two: write more places on the blackboard. (Students can consult the textbook and dictionaries. The winner group can get s smiling face.)
    Ⅲ.Pre-task:
    (The students are asked to study about the public buildings along the RENMIN Road in our hometown.)
    1. The students share their information with the classmates.
    2. The teacher shows the simple map and introduces the position of the teacher’s home.
    3. Let the students say something about the position of the places.
    4. Students listen to the dialogue and repeat.
    Ⅳ.While-task:
    1. The students in groups of two, three or four. Make up a similar dialogue.  (Group work)
    2. Call some groups to the front to act out their dialogues.
    3. The teacher shows two pictures: How are the two pictures different? Ask questions to find the differences.
    Ⅴ.Post-task:
    Ask the students to gather all the Ss’addresses and design a distribution chart of all the Ss’addresses.
    Design an chnography of the campus. The should mark the names of the buildings in   English. For example: the teaching building, the computer room, the teachers’ office, the dining hall, the playground, the toilet, the flower bed etc. Then practise speaking English about the real stuation.
     教学反思
    这节课是口语课,基本达成了本课的教学目标。英语课堂最重要的是让学生开口说(尤其是口语课),用英语去完成任务,这节课达到了这样的目的,让学生大胆地说,鼓励学生说,让学生在赞扬中说,课堂上能做到全面提高学生的英语表达能力,通过师生,生生的交流,合作,探究,取得很好的教学效果。另外,这堂课还有几个比较成功的地方:1、对教材内容进行适当的删除;2、对教材进行适当的补充,除要求掌握的5个方位词外,增加较为使用的between/ near 的使用,同时在游戏中扩大城市建筑物名称的词汇量;3、对部分内容进行更换,将对于课本插图的谈论替换为对于人民路的讨论,使话题生活化。4、对教材内容的扩展,给学说一个空间,设计一个新的,有自己个性的人民路。这些充分体现了新课程倡导的理念:教师要“用教材教”,而不是简单地“教教材”。
